i-File: i-File is a Taxation software for the printing of the IRS 1098 and 1099 forms with Electronic Filing. i-File is offered as a companion module to i-Servicing, i-Trust, and i-Pools software modules. i-File is designed for the printing of the IRS forms 1098, 1099INT, 1099A, 1099C and 1099MISC and prepares the Electronic File to the Internal Revenue Service yearly published new formats.
A new version is released on an annual basis containing the new IRS Fire system software for 1098-1099 Electronic Filing with the up to date electronic file format requirements. A test file is sent to the IRS for testing, in order to ensure compliance with the new format; a “pass” letter is received from the IRS and then, the program is released to our clients. i-File is also available as a stand-alone program with data entry screens to be used by non-customers for a license fee.
