The Business Edition software package is designed for Direct Lenders, who originate their own loans that are funded by own monies or private investors and they are also serviced in-house. The Business Edition is comprised of the i-Loan for California loan; it comes with about 250 built-in loan documents but without the ability to modify or edit them and it is paired with the i-Servicing software module. The Business Edition package for small businesses is limited to 100 loans. Upgrades to other editions are available and Add-on Modules are optional.
